My boyfriend got me this as a gift and I never heard of the brand before so I didn't know what to expect, plus I've been using a CHI forever. But WOW I am so glad he did! First, it has universal voltage so I can use it anywhere in the world. Since I travel a lot this is super important, and I think is one of the reasons my bf got it. But more important to me, it is so much faster to use than my old iron. It takes just around 20 seconds to get hot, compared to my old one which took over a minute! Plus when I use it, it straightens and curls my hair fast, and it's so smooth while I am using it, so it takes me less time to get ready in the morning. When I compare it to my old iron, just holding the two feels different. It lighter and looks much more professionally made. So far, this is a great iron that I can definitely recommend.

I am using this to curl and straighten my hair. This product heats up very quickly, so you can use it in the busy morning easily. And the size is perfect to do any styling. What I am most satisfied with this product is that I feel less guilty to my hair, as the orange part damages my hair much less than other hair irons from other companies. I will definitely choose this to bring everywhere I travel among other hair irons I have.

Been using it for about 2 months to straighten and make C curls on my ahir. Heats up real fast so no need to wait long! and the straght hair and curls last the entire day! Super worth the investment!

My hair stays straight for basically, until I wash my hair again. Never had my hair react so well to a flat iron before, whatever they put in their plaates is amazing!

A friend of mine recommend this product. I have a little curly hair and I want to straighten it. It works ok but I don’t see dramatic change or any big difference among others. I try to use it once in a while. I wish we can have some guideline for different styles.

I like it a lot! The stylist in the booth next to me has the normal black one with gold plates and this one looks more sleek.

Can't tell if they perform any different, we both tried each other's flat iron and they worked the same, so I guess it's just a different color and that is the only difference.
