Tea Production Process in Jeju
- Sourcing: After the harvest, tea leaves are collected from small farms across Jeju.
- Sorting: The youngest leaves are used to produce a selection of teas, with each variety offering unique flavors and aromas.
- Drying: After steaming, the tea leaves are dried under controlled sunlight, which mellows the flavors.
- Grinding: The dried leaves are ground into fine powder, preserving their natural qualities.
- Bottling: The final product is bottled to maintain freshness and quality.
