※ Shipping Notice before shipping to countries such as brazil, Argentina, Europe, and Peru
- Customers from Argentina and Chile must fill in their TAX/TAD IDs on Address Line 2. Due to customs issues in Argentina, you can only order up to 3 items.
- Customers from Brazil must fill in their CPFs on Address Line 2.
(As the VAT exemption standard is abolished, the buyer's VAT number is required.)
- Customers from Indonesian must fill in their Tax ID (NPWP) on Address Line 2.
- Customers from European will have to pay all taxes on receipt of products due to a change in European policy From July 1, 2021.

※ Customs Refusal
We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite of any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues.
When refused package returns to DODOSKIN, we are not responsible to ship it out again.
But we inform our customers of receiving notice of the package and if customers pay shipping cost again, DODOSKIN will ship it out.
No refund, no replacement will be incurred by DODOSKIN with any of customs related issues.
Nevertheless, if you wish to return it, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the returned product arrives at DODOSKIN after paying the return shipping cost from the buyer, a refund for the order is possible.

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs.
We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.

※ Restricted Hazardous Items
Each country has a different policy on Hazardous product issues.
DODOSKIN is not responsible for informing every hazardous product policy for every country.
Please verify with your local customs office on hazardous materials if concern before ordering.
Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S.
Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive.

All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays within the South Korea.
Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of out orders are sended within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track your delivery, please start by searching on the carrier website. If it doesn't show any results, please contact us at cs@dodoskin.com. For products that are not US 3-DAYS, as they originate from South Korea, tracking information becomes accessible only after the product has arrived at the warehouse in the United States. Title to the products in your order is transferred from DODOSKIN to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from DODOSKIN to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.
