I'm not sure what it does but i bought four more just for the taste! Apparently a lot of people HATE the taste but i love it. Tastes like lemon with no sweetness at all so if that's not your thing then maybe save your money. I drink this every morning like tea. I bought this for hair growth and honestly I think it might've helped a little, but not enough to visually notice.
This doesn't have the best taste and is hard to dissolve. You have to use hot water to dissolve it so I can't add it to my cold drinks. otherwise I've been taking it daily. I like it as a supplement.
I think I'll have to try at least two or three packs to decide if it works for me or not. It is convenient to take whether you are at home or on the go, you can easily take with water
