Shipping to USA Customers 

Free Standard Shipping for Orders Over $40

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders over $40 within the USA. For orders under $40, a standard shipping fee of $4.89 will apply, which is the lowest possible rate we have been able to offer.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, including state sales tax, and any additional fees that may arise. Shipping costs and delivery times will be specified at checkout.

As customs regulations and shipping policies can vary, it is advisable to review any additional charges or requirements specific to your location. DodoSkin is not responsible for any issues or fees related to shipping and handling beyond the initial cost of shipping.

For our customers in the United States, we use UPS, USPS, or FedEx for shipping. We offer two shipping options: Standard and Expedited. Standard shipping typically takes 10 to 15 days, while Expedited shipping aims to deliver within 10 days.

※ Parcel Forwarding Services

• If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs.
• We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
• Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. DODOSKIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

※ Multiple Shipping Addresses

• We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

※ Restricted Hazardous Items

• Each country has a different policy on Hazardous product issues.
• DODOSKIN is not responsible for informing every hazardous product policy for every country.
• Please verify with your local customs office on hazardous materials if concern before ordering.
• Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g. pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted from air-transport due to U.S.
• Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive.

※ Perfumes Require Expedited Shipping

• Please order perfumes (and other products containing nitrogen) through Expedited shipping. Otherwise, the order may be canceled.

※ Business Days & Holidays

• All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays within the South Korea.
• Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

 

• Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following the public holidays in South Korea:

※ Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of out orders are sended within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track your delivery, please start by searching on the carrier website. If it doesn't show any results, please contact us at cs@dodoskin.com. For products that are not US 3-DAYS, as they originate from South Korea, tracking information becomes accessible only after the product has arrived at the warehouse in the United States. Title to the products in your order is transferred from DODOSKIN to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from DODOSKIN to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.

Notice of Delivery Suspension to Israel and Kuwait

Due to ongoing safety concerns and logistical challenges related to the conflict in Israel and Kuwait, we are temporarily suspending deliveries to these countries. Orders with delivery addresses in Israel and Kuwait will not be processed until the situation stabilizes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers and all involved. We appreciate your understanding and will resume delivery services as soon as possible.

Updates for Brazil, Argentina, Europe, and Peru 

• - Customers from Argentina and Chile must fill in their TAX/TAD IDs on Address Line 2. Due to customs issues in Argentina, you can only order up to 3 items.
• - Customers from Brazil must fill in their CPFs on Address Line 2.
• (As the VAT exemption standard is abolished, the buyer's VAT number is required.)
• - Customers from Indonesian must fill in their Tax ID (NPWP) on Address Line 2.
• - Customers from European will have to pay all taxes on receipt of products due to a change in European policy From July 1, 2021.
• - Customers from Peru can only purchase up to 4 items.

 

Customs and Taxes Notice (Worldwide)

Customers are responsible for all customs-related fees, including import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and any additional charges such as customs fees, service fees, administration fees, and warehousing fees. Since customs regulations vary by country, please contact your local customs office for specific details to avoid any issues.

Please note that this is not specific to DodoSkin but a general policy. Customs-related matters are beyond DodoSkin’s control and vary by country.

• All Customers are fully responsible for any kinds of custom related issues, such as Custom Taxes, Import Taxes,
• Value added Taxes, etc. All Customers are required to pay charges such as customs fee,service fee, administration fee,
• warehousing fee whatsoever related with customs. Customs issues vary by countries,
• so customers need to contact local customs office for detailed information to avoid potential problem.
  
  
  

- Customs Refusal (Worldwide)

• We are not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite of any reason including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues.
• When refused package returns to DODOSKIN, we are not responsible to ship it out again.
• But we inform our customers of receiving notice of the package and if customers pay shipping cost again, DODOSKIN will ship it out.
• No refund, no replacement will be incurred by DODOSKIN with any of customs related issues.

 

• Nevertheless, if you wish to return it, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
• If the returned product arrives at DODOSKIN after paying the return shipping cost from the buyer, a refund for the order is possible.
