How to use
- Apply a Small Amount: Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
- Brush Thoroughly: Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes. Make sure to reach all surfaces of your teeth, including the backs and the areas near the gum line.
- Rinse Optionally: Since this is a no-water, low-bubble formula, you can choose to rinse your mouth with a small amount of water if desired, although it's not necessary for effective cleaning.
