At Dodoskin, we’re dedicated to making sure your shopping experience is always a great one, even if a return is needed. If you receive a damaged product, we’re here to make the return process as smooth and easy as possible. Our goal is to keep you smiling and shopping with confidence, knowing that we’re always here to help!

 

Quick & Easy Returns:

You have 10 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, please ensure that the product has not been used. Don’t forget to keep your proof of purchase or receipt to ensure a smooth return process.

 

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact Us First: Just email us at cs@dodoskin.com with your order details and a photo of the product’s condition. Since we deal with beauty and hygiene products, we need to review this step to ensure everything’s in order. This helps us process your request quickly and accurately. 
  2. Get Your Return Approved: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back to our U.S. warehouse.
  3. Ship It Back: Pack your return securely and ship it to:

Please note that return shipping costs are currently covered only for certain items. If your return doesn’t qualify for free return shipping, you’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs.


😃We cover shipping costs in the following situations only:

Product Defects: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Wrong Item: If the wrong product is shipped to you, we will cover the shipping costs to send the correct item.


🫣 We’re unable to cover shipping costs in the following cases

Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product, we cannot cover the return shipping costs.
Incorrect Ordering: If the product you ordered is correct but doesn’t meet your expectations, shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, we can't cover shipping costs on returns of opened or used beauty products.
Past the Return Period: If the return request is made after the 10-day return window has closed, we can't cover the shipping costs.
Wrong Address: If an incorrect address was provided and the shipment is returned or lost, shipping costs are not covered.

 

What Happens Next?

  • After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank.

Looking to Exchange?

To exchange a product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures that you get what you want as quickly as possible.

 

Wrong or Damaged Item?

  • If your product arrives damaged or you got the wrong item, contact us ASAP—we’ll make it right!

    Please note that dents or damage to the outer packaging from shipping are not considered product damage. Given that our shipping journey involves long-distance transit, including overseas shipping, occasional dents or marks on the outer box may occur. While we take great care in packaging your products to ensure they arrive safely, minor damage to the outer packaging does not affect the condition of the product inside.

  • Certain items, including sale products, gift cards, and some personal care goods, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

  • Please be sure to contact us before sending back any returns. Due to California's strict hygiene laws, all returns must be pre-approved.
